You can quickly and easily book the audio-visual and computer equipment you need for your stand in our online Exhibition Hire Shop

Simply select the equipment you are looking to hire and add it to your shopping basket.

At the check out, please select the exhibition that you are booking for from the drop-down menu at the check-out. You will also be asked for details such as stand number at this stage.

All of our hire prices are for the duration of the exhibition and include delivery to and collection from your stand. Our fully-trained technicians will also install and de-rig the equipment on your stand.

From time to time we will be making special offers for selected exhibitions. Please keep an eye on this website and our social media feeds for more details.
